Does anyone know if you can land a Legend Cub in these areas |
speaking specifically about asking a huge favor from someone I barely know to go in and try to get DylanGarcias daughter. The area they are in is completely cut off from civilization. Let me know so I can make the call. Apparently the area she is in there isn't alot of flooding but the ground will be soft. If anyone knows anyone that has a helicopter that would be good too. Our community has to find a way to save this little girl.

5. Are you asking about a J3 Piper "cub"? If so, they can be landed |
in soft ground quite safely. I've done it many times.

9. Ah! Okay, it looks like a pretty close reproduction. |
I haven't flown or kept up with single engine planes in years and wasn't aware it had been 'resurrected'...so I will venture to say it probably has the same kind of abilities.

7. Not sure about the Cub |
I don't know if it would be such a great idea to attempt a hard landing in these conditions, let alone off of a runway.
Plenty of junk and debris all over the place, and power lines are obscured from view all of the place. Helicopter probably will be the best bet, but make sure if you can get someone with one willing to help, that they notify the Coast Guard. You don't want them flying in to an area where a bunch of other choppers are operating.
