will be found to have blown up the levees. The insurance industry will payout 25 billion in claims and use it to justify charging the public 50 billion. Gas will increase to $3.50/gal because of the reduced refinery capacity, but will never drop when those refineries come back online. The fact that many of the dead are dead because they couldn't afford to get out will not be reported. Flood casualty figure reporting will become unpatriotic.
