2. It's about 4-5 hours by car.
So, a couple hundred miles or so.

5. Actually I looked it up and it is farther.
It's 350 miles.

I was going by drive time from San Antonio to New Orleans. It's 3 from SA to Houston and the trip took 8 altogether.

7. Houston Astros are home tomorrow through Monday
Then they have a one week road trip from 9/5 through 9/11.

Astrodome has been abandoned.

9. The Astros do not play there, and haven't in years.
They play in Minute Maid (nee Enron) Park in downtown Houston.

The Texans play in Reliant Stadium which is in the same area as the Astrodome, but separated by large parking lots.
