Where is the "National Guard" for the Hurricane Victims?

The Federal government promised not to send more than 50% to Iraq at a time,all should be here helping the people,this is a National Guard,not an army to be send to fight foreign wars.

This is worse than 9/11,a big American city has been wiped out if not destroyed,and hundreds of thousands are jobless and homeless.

I don't expect much help from bush,he has no money to give,the tax cut for the rich and Iraq has taken it all.

that 5,000 of their National Guard been deployed to Iraq.
