Seriously. In a situation like this does anyone REALLY want this ridiculous manchild 'taking charge' and fucking things up even more? The most productive thing he's capable of is ignoring the situation down there and definitely NOT trying to "help". Thankfully he stayed on vacation during the worst of it, if he tried to assist the evacuation we'd have a few hunderd thousand people floating around the Gulf in styrofoam coolers or something.

Wow, he did something right for once. Unintentionally, but still. I wonder what that was like for him?

1. He requires such a massive amount of security
and the place is already chaos and anarchy. They aren't going to bring him anywhere near it. The closest he can probably get is somewhere in Arkansas. Even at that, they'd have to shut down the surrounding area, tell people not to look out their windows, find an accomodating school auditorium, shut down the school for two days, prescreen and hand pick a tiny little heavily audited audience, have fighter jets standing nearby, helicopters hovering overhead, snipers on the lookout everywhere, SS everywhere, he could give maybe a 20 minute speech, no questions please, whisked out and it takes another 12-24 hours to clean up the mess made from all that security.

That's what happens when you are one of the Most Hated People in the World.

2. I agree.
First, he needs an entourage, security detail. They are better left using the resources they have where they are really needed. He would just be a nuisance.

4. The best thing he can do is yield power to the BIG DAWG.

5. Now would be an excellent opportunity to see if he actually
"walks on water".

He'll have to in order to get to the bar(s).
