Tropical Depression 13 fell apart and is heading NE.

2. The worst 2 months are Sept & Oct.

The good news is that these storms really cool down the water from the rain and all the turbulance mixing with the cooler water below. Didn't work last year though.

ANTILLES CONTINUES REMAINS WELL-ORGANIZED AND MOVING TOWARD THE
NORTHWEST. THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A TROPICAL
DEPRESSION OVER THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AS UPPER-LEVEL WINDS BECOME
MORE CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT.
