Edited on Wed Aug-31-05 11:40 AM by sabra

U.S. President George W. Bush waves, while he carries his dog to Air Force One, in Waco Texas, August 31, 2005. Bush ended his vacation a few days early to travel back to Washington and assist in the direction of Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. REUTERS/Mannie Garcia

What's up with * and his dog? He carries it like a handbag.

Yep, its a prop. He has no interest in living things except for use in front of the camera.

9. And it's not even a man's dog
It's a girls dog, not that he's not a beautiful pup and not that the breed isn't a good one. But it's not a man's dog. You would think he would have a German Shepherd or a Lab or maybe a Golden.

11. He carries it because he doesn't want anyone to see his normal mode of
porting about his dog: dragging it on a leash.

16. Chimpy's cutting his vacation shorter and shorter all the time
The man has cut his 35 day vacation by about a day and a half. Charitably, I would call it two days. The caption to the photo says Chimpy "ended his vacation a few days early." "Two" is not "a few." Pretty soon, the media will be reporting that Chimpy was in Washington the entire month of August, presidentin' up a storm.

17. My god, how the media panders--"ended his vacation a few days early"
Wasn't his French-style vacation supposed to have ended tomorrow anyway?
