The director of the LSU Hospital System (Charity inc.), and the head of the LA Hospital Association.
This could be the most depressing press conference I've ever heard. Turo is gone, Chalmette they haven't talked too...
Dialysis patients haven't been done on patients since Friday. OMG.

to the truth was Jeanne Meserve's tearful report on CNN Monday night.
Excuse my women-at-the-office ramblings for a moment. Most women, IMHO, do not cry at the office. To cry is to (supposedly,) appear unprofessional. It was obvious by listening to Ms. Meserve that she had seen things so awful she could not hold back her tears.

and the doctor there said there was no way they could help them...that they would need a treatment within 3-4 days...and this was prior to Katrina making landfall.
