The military tries to take back the city from the gangs of looters.

From what I heard, many of those looting are from Asian and Latin American gangs.

Unless they choose to fade back into society, it could easily become a bloody mess as the Army and National Guard moves in.

We will be entering into a new "phase" of this disaster.

Everything is going to be destroyed anyway. If they don't get out they're going to drown or starve to death. Forget the looters.

I was just pointing out that after the people are done being rescued, if that ever actually happens, the next step or simultaneously, will be restoring law. As the days go by, the gangs will become more brazen and feel that this new area is really "their" turf. Unless the gangs go back to the "underground", it could be shaping up for a really scary showdown.
