I filled up on my way home from work yesterday. Gas was $2.65/gallon. I drove by the station today, and it was $2.99. And this was a 7-11/Citgo.

Unbelievable. And when I warned everyone at work to fill up the night of the hurricane, they looked at me like I had three heads.

Went to work yesterday morning, 2.49, and I filled up, thankfully. Coming home, price was 2.79. This is in MO. Curious as to what the price is this evening.

$2.69 yesterday $2.89-$2.99 today
The highest prices are at Irving oil stores, which I thought mostly came from Canada.

11. No price gouging going on here. |
|
So the Oil execs. who were 'embarrassed' about their OBSCENE, as they called it,profits are probably positively giddy with the jump in prices at the pump. Will Congress call for investigations? Are they just going to let the Oil companies get away with this? :argh:

$2.77 vs. $2.81/gallon west of Sacramento. That's still outrageous. And those are Arco prices!
