5 Walton (Wal-mart) heirs worth more than nation of Egypt

The five members of the Walton family of Wal-Mart fame could cash in their assets ($102.5 billion) and purchase the entire 2003 output of Egypt's 65 million citizens ($98.5 billion).

Corporate cash. General Motors is currently sitting on enough cash ($55 billion) to fund the federal government's health care budget for 2004 ($52 billion).

1. Ain't THAT interesting. I checked out the
Salvation Army's website this a.m. and they were flaunting the fact that Wal-Mart magnanimously donated a cool million for the relief effort. This surely makes them look like cheapskates!

2. they are cheapskates
and 1 million? Much of their income from areas hard hit. A lot of compassion for their best customers.

Wal-Mart is run by a vulgar, disgusting bunch of assholes
