A real leader would have been heading back as soon as it was realized that this may be a major catastrophe.

A real president would have mobilized the military days ago to evacuate the victims.

I real president would have acted like he gave a shit from day one. Not day three.

The damage is done. NOLA is under water. Had these conditions been met with a strong federal response, they may have been able to prevent much of the damage.

For the past three days, I have been posting on the non-response from this administration. In all that time there has been very little action beside Bush getting a shiny new guitar from some country western asshat.

Anything he does or says now is too little, too late.

Sadly America will process his appearance as some indication that he has been working the problem. He will probably get a jump in ratings for the photo-op handing out ice.

We are leaderless and much of America still has not figured it out! UUURRRGG!
