Where was Cheney?
During dipshit's speech. He usually stands right with him. Could the rumors be true? Could lil Dick be on his death bed?

3. Alive and in Wyoming. Apparently.
Some of the earlier news stories today said he took part in a conference call with the president this morning.

So it would seem the overseer of the Office of Emergency Preparedness is still on vacation. (Or on his deathbed, according to your hypothesis.)

"Vice President Cheney, who has spent part of August at his home outside scenic Jackson, Wyo., remains there today -- although his spokeswoman, Lea Anne McBride, doesn't call it vacation."

10. I guess they have to be on vacation at the same time.
What would Bush do if let loose in DC without Cheney to tell him what to do? It's like during the 9-11 hearing -- Bush couldn't be without him.

A real president would take a different time off from the vice -- it only makes sense.

7. Whose next in line after Cheney?
Since both Bush and Cheney are incapable of fulfilling their duties, then it is imperative that the next in line take over now.
