Ok, so next high tide (tonight?), the lake level rises 2 ft and dumps that into the city... How many more thousands of gallons is that?

One minute they report they are dropping sandbags and shipping containers, next they are saying they are getting ready to do it, then they say they tried but it didn't work.
I am of the impression they have done nothing because if they had they would definitely want the media to see it so they could show they were trying.
