the officers are syphoning gas from abandoned vehicles for their police cars.

Talked about giving a wandering woman with a baby some water from his car. She was attempting to walk out of the city.

He sees children, babies with no water or food.

Just heartbreaking...

water from the streets as the hydrats were not working.

Imagine trying to do their jobs ... in the face of their homes being destroyed and the safety of their families unknown (in many cases).
