2. They knew since forever

that New Orleans was the most at risk city in the US for hurricane.They had decades to do something and the best they could do was a couple of levee's that were rated for a level 3 hurricane.That's sad sad sad.Is it because it's a red state and have to practice their no new taxes mantra.I surely hope the media works and places blame where it belongs!
