I will continue to ask -- where is the military?

Since I grew up on Navy bases I know that the military has in the past -- ALWAYS been on the front lines during natural disasters.

So perhaps a whole WEEK after Katrina came ashore perhaps rescue efforts will manage to FIND victims? IF any are still alive?

It is as if the military were WAITING for bushie to give them permission to do something. Did Rummy fire any officer who is able to think and act on his/her own????
