that since Katrina was born off the coast of Africa and there are terrorists in Africa maybe there is an Alqueida connection ......this will give Chimpy a rationale to declare war on an entire continent. Of course if Clinton had gotten Osama then there wouldn't be all of these storms brewing off the coast of Africa. Anyway you cut it, Clinton is to blame. :banghead:
