Appealing to the UN and/or ICC? Where is the ACLU?
We can't just sit around and say "Republicans are killing huge numbers of black people." Is there any procedure for filing complaints about these things, or a body to which one can file a complaint? What's going on at the Superdome and elsewhere in New Orleans is rather clearly... an act so despicable there must be legal action taken.

Is the ACLU saying anything about this? I can't find anything on their website.

1. How are you going to prove it in court?
Maybe a little over the top

"Republicans are killing huge numbers of black people."

There are other colors of people in N.O.

2. Well, whatever is going on inside the Superdome is of grave concern.
Getting someone involved somehow to actually figure out what's going on (it's clear people are dying en masse) and do something is very urgently needed.

3. I would agree something is urgently needed to be done
which looks like it is actually happening at last in the superdome

People are not dying en masse, either, at least not after the storm passed.

My personally opinion is this has nothing to do with what color the poor people are.

4. Independent oversight is needed at the very least.
I highly suspect malfeasance.

5. You don't actually believe the bush administration purposely
sat back and said to themselves,

"No rush, these are just black people"

6. I can't rule it out. There must be independent oversight.
This is not a joke. This is not tinfoil. We need international observers on the ground monitoring what the Hell is going on in there.

7. If you can't rule it out???
Why is there literally thousands of military and federal people on the ground helping these people? Better late then never

Hell, a few more days and the "New Orleans final solution" would be a lot easier to implement if all these aforementioned people weren't there
:sarcasm:

8. There must be international observers. I make no conclusion. n/t
