The Media is the Message
That's the problem. Bushco controls the media. The last few days were so horrific that the Media went off message. But make no mistake, they're starting to tow the line again. Not even questioning Chertoff who says hr learned oif the disaster in the Civic Center on Thursday. They've picked up the talking points and are trying to make it seem that this is so big nobody could have imagined it. EXCUSE ME, but by Tuesday night it was there for all to see, and they respond on Saturday???!!!

Give me a break. There is no excuse. And Bush ate cake and strummed on his guitar as the waters rose and people died.

How do we get rifd of this cancer in our nation?

1. I think it is going to take an uprising, a new revolution...do
we have the will, the energy, and are enough people inconvenienced sufficiently? I don't think so....we are far too much into the "me" generation. Eventually the fire will catch - will this be the spark? Who knows...
