I have a Rush question I need answered |
|
Who were the preshow cohosts on ESPN and did any of them say anything?
I need an answer and I can't seem to find it. I see the video, and there are a lot of people on screen with Rush, but I can't find where they refuted him or if they did at all. Which was surprising, because the guy on the top-right part of the screen was black.
I looked this up but I couldn't find it.

i don't think any of them said a word.
mcnabb noticed that, too, and mentioned it during his press conference.

4. Tom Jackson debated the "overrated" point a little, |
|
but didn't mention the skin color thing.

6. Tom Jackson was actually very heated. |
|
But he was so upset about the idea that McNabb was overrated that he probably didn't even hear the rest of what Rush said. He pointed out that McNabb had taken his team to two straight conference championship games and been in three Pro Bowls and makes fantastic plays.
Steve Young said something to the effect that McNabb is the type of player who makes the plays that win games.

5. Nope, and that disappointed McNabb |
|
In his public statement, Donovan McNabb says he wishes someone had spoken up in defense of himself and our common humanity, even one of the cameramen.
I have seen reports that Tom Jackson was prepared to go into the next meeting for the NFL Countdown show, offer his opinion that he, too, wished he had spoken up against Limbauth, and that he was going to quit the show. Apparently, Limbaugh's resignation meant that Jackson didn't need to go through with his own resignation, but I haven't seen anything directly from Jackson about all of this.
