2. They are sending displaced people from NO to a base in Minnesota.
But, Jesse Jackson pointed out that there are closer bases people would likely rather be located to.

call for using the bases to house "displaced refineries" ...

there is nothing sadder than a displaced refinery ...

Providing that kind of housing would imply that the NOLA evacuees could go back to NOLA. We can't allow that. As our illustrious leader has said, we're going to rebuild NOLA better than it was.

That means:
  • Golf courses
  • High rise condominiums
  • Plasticized replica of French Quarter
  • More golf courses
  • Gated communities
  • Even more golf courses
  • Indian casinos
  • No gays or blacks (except those employed in the F.Q.)
  • Hugh hotels!!
