3. I t was great
Now on a very small point for Tucker, he raised the
fact that women, for the most part, have not served in combat

Can I get the Perp in the same room with me for all of five
minutes?

(I have, and I despise the Chicken Hawks)

38. Unfortunate...
that someone didn't remind Tucker-the-Twit that just yesterday a female GI was killed in a bombing in Bagdad.

24. There was an article a few days
ago pointing a new phenomeman, Dean Republicans where
prominent GOP boys and girls are taking more than just
a serious look at Dean, just like Reagan Democrats who
voted for Reagan... I think Tucker just gave
permision to a bunch of sane Repukes to look at Dean
primarely, but teh whole slew of Democratic Candidates

The desertion has started.

27. Interesting theory
I think its the repugs thinking they can easily smear Dean for being anti-war and whatnot. Not that they are right though, by election 2004 the people will want anti-war.

34. We are seeing a seachange
in US Politics

By the way at the moment I live in Hawaii, courtesy of uncle sam... soon will go home to Cali.

Anyway, early meetings for dean, we had some prominent Republicans check us out... hell a couple went from Repuke to independent...

I felt it back then we were at the cusp of a sea change...

Tucker today, and the article a couple days ago and the whole slew of scandals...

I say even Tucker may be getting tired of the lies and Dean is attractive to them on a single issue: Fiscal Conservative.

30. Write an email to him, and cc the Dean campaign...
...thanking him for his support, but it would be very "unDean"-ish if you didn't point out to him that many of the positions he holds are indefensible, and though you thank him for the efforts at promotion, as a media personality, he should add a disclaimer to all his statements that although he supports Dean, and acknowledges that Dean is indeed correct on the issues, he is paid by MSRNC to appear on the air and say otherwise, lest he lose his job...

23. The repugs are in a bad way
Carville is lighting them up and they have nothing to say.

At one point the strategist, Charlie Black, even thought it was a GOOD idea to say "2/3 of the American people STILL think the war in Iraq was a good idea!"

Huh? We aren't even 6 months into this conflict, and already a third of the nation thinks it was bad from the get go, and the Repugs think this is GOOD for them? Just wait until election 2004!

33. Black's out of date
There's a new poll (saw it in LBN) that says the percentages for "Iraq war good idea" have just tripped over into the negative. That is, fewer people think it's still a good idea now than think it's a bad idea.

But I wouldn't expect Black to know anything about that.
