CNN: "Bush says [Kay] report confirms danger of Saddam's regime"
WTF????

Bush also says the sky is green and his dog has 3 heads. Gravity pulls upward and standing in the rain makes you dry.

Is this not the MOST ridiculous thing the Moron has ever said? I think the Kay report is the nail in his coffin!

Maybe I'm overreacting, it's Friday after work and I had a cocktail before looking at cnn.com..... you tell me....

1. Put it in context
They said Bush says, I have been reading the print media on this

Now here is the trick, did they mention Pelosi coming out of the gate
and discounting this?

The NYT did

2. Like Arnolds Holocaust statement:
Edited on Fri Oct-03-03 05:15 PM by Must_B_Free
"We need to make sure it never happens again"

think of the utter totalitarian doublespeak irony of a Nazi war child saying this while pulling an amoral unjust coup on the democratically elected governor.

He is participating in "making it happen again" while saying "we must make sure it never happens again".

3. What word did Stephen use on The Daily Show last night?
Oh yeah, I believe they said if no WMD are found, they'd look like
DOUCHEBAGS!
Too late! Douchebags they are, douchebags they'll stay.

4. this statement is such unmitigated bullshit
I can't believe anyone would fall for it.

There is nothing Kay has been reported to say that remotely indicates a justification for ending the UN inspections and going to war.

Jack Straw said the proof is there because, if we hadn't invaded, the IRaquis would not have cooperated with the inspectors, they would have kicked out the inspectors, they would have started their programs with un restricted zeal and the world would have melted. How he got this from Kay's report is simply amazing. I wonder what he wrote in book reports in school.
