a type of thinking that breaks everything down into two simple groups: good and bad. Good equals rich people who support him. Bad is everything else. Add to that his firm belief that he is the exact center of God's universe, so much so that he believes that God actually picked him for president at this time in history. Thus, if he oppose George, he is able to quickly determine that you oppose God. That said, we can understand why he has trouble hiding his disgust with having to pretend he cares about the people God drowned in His effort to prove to Americans that they darn well better do what this president wants, or else.

George's personality make-up is based in large part on the issues that Freud recognized as causing pathology. He has long been in competition with his daddy, who he still has an unhealthy love/hate relationship for. He remains his mommy's boy, and her recent statement about "those people" making out big time is what the president really believes. The ugly quote from that obscene swine is what could most accurately be in the "thought bubble" in the photo in the OP.
