I don't see, for example the 2,000 survivors Washington State is getting to care for, starting tomorrow. And Oregon will be caring for many survivors as well. I couldn't find a date for the map-it might be old. http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/local/239680_katrinalocal07.html

They're bringing people to Madison, a big effort to clean up empty Allied Drive apartments is underway. (Allied Drive is a low-income neighborhood, I work 1/2-mile away from it.)
Not sure if other locales in Beerbratistan are taking in any survivors, but I'm glad Madison is.
