Today Show: "Brownie" padded his resume |
|
Just watching "Today" and they are reporting that TIME magazine is going to have a story that Brown padded his experience in Emergency management--that in effect he was an assistant and actually a better term is "intern"!! And also, that the other top officials at FEMA are nothing more than political appointments and cronies of Bush.
No doubt, Brownie is going to go

6. CNN carrying that as well |

They are shameless. The people in charge of such a critical agency must be trained in disaster management. What makes it worse is that many other persons below Brown are just as unqualified. This is political cronyism laid bare.
The person being interviewed in CNN made the point about Bush sharing out political spoils by giving unqualified people these positions. Everything we knew about these goons is now public knowledge. They will not get away this time. Edit sp.

them cutting emergency communication lines. Sorry for my pessimism, but there doesn't seem to be ANY crime that these evil bastards are EVER accountable for.

Blaming EVERYONE? Bush and Co. and local and state officials. AND making the assertion that most Americans will soon forget about this until the next big hurricane happens next year?

11. CBS Early Show also reports |
|
that Time magazine is saying that not only did he not have experience in emergency management, but his resume notes that he was a professor at a college. In reality, he was only a student at the college. Crooks and liars. This means that when he was appointed by *, his resume and work history apparently were not checked. Seems they failed to do this before - the Bernie guy who was first selected for Homeland Security.

I'm sure when he said he had no real experience thay told him "Brownie don't worry about it. None of us know what we are doing. Jesus, look at bush. He doesn't have a clue."

19. We need to stop focusing on this shit and focus on the wage cut! |
|
The media loves this stuff that in the long run won't affect people's lives who were displaced by Katria. But we need to hold their feet to the fire about Halliburton contracts for cleaning up Katrina mess the President's Executive Order eliminating the need to pay minimum wages to workers in the storm ravaged areas.
