With the major players in NO now military, it's beginning to look like a provisional government is being established. This misAdministration is retreating to the "Green Zone" where all access to the ruling class is limited and closely guarded. This is Fortress Amerika, the 60's on some bad acid, man. Maybe the revolution isn't being televised, but it's sure being web cast.

By delaying relief efforts, the populace was forced to react for survival. Then the Feds came in to take over, just like Bremmer in Iraq. The one thing they missed, was the blatant incompetence of Brown and Chertoff. The military folks have taken charge in order to be able to demonstrate a veneer of efficiency, but in typical Bush dumb luck, that only allows them to paint any criticism as not supporting the troops (and we know how effective that meme has been). What we have now is de factor martial law in a major US city that just happens to control major portions of our commerce and industry.

The bastards are taking away with force what they can't steal at the ballot box.

8. There is no question that the tactics pioneered in Iraq will soon be used

against the Imperial Subjects of Amerika. How soon is the only relevant question left.

Look at how they are giving us suppressed body counts. Trucks full of corpses and only a couple hundred confirmed dead in NO and Mississippi?

I guarantee you that whatever the final Bushevik Body Count, the actual total will be three to five times higher.

Same with the 1,900 dead in Iraq (isn't it some kind of miracle that NO ONE has EVER died after being wounded in combat in Iraq, that EVERY SINGLE FATALITY counted died on the spot).

We must face the truth, that we are in the first stages of the iron grip of Lying Scum who are EXACTLY like Soviets & Nazis in the areas of lying or information suppression.

Not to worry, though, the rest of the similarities will soon "trickle down" to the rest of us.
