You're Karl Rove for a day
How do you spin Junior announcing "Brownie's doing a heckuva job" and then firing him? Even for the Evil Genius himself, this is a tough nut to crack.

Monday's briefing should be entertaining...

2. Promoting him off the job at NOLA, where he's needed most?
Hmm. If that's the best they can do, they're in for trouble.

5. He did such a great job...
That I've given him a promotion... a newly created position wherein he will be in charge of reading the newspapers every day, watching the news every day, and reporting directly to me with things I should know. I'm betting newspapers are the quickest and most reliable means of obtaining the news. If it was good enough for Ben Franklin, it's good enough for... The Shrubbery.
