I managed to retract my donation to the Red Cross. They are corrupt and as for the money "collected" (aka stolen) will never be see by the vicitims of the hurricane.

Why not put the majority of this money into a trust and have the survivors draw what they need to open new households for themselves?
They know where these people are. Give them their checks.
