31. God Forbid is right
I went through Hugo in 1989 in Charlotte, NC. Not really wanting a Hugo II and I know Charleston, SC doesn't want to relive that experience again.

14. Spin: Brownie Saw The Impending Danger
He's manning those pumps and ready to be either hoisted front and center if this is a "manageable" storm or on the petard if it turns out to be a mess.

The serious problem folks is this country is one medium-sized disaster away from a real meltdown. Resources are stretched to the limits and still haven't really been adequate for the current emergency, how is this regime prepared to deal with another one?

The fear card has been played all day today by this regime...throwing something out there and hoping they can get out ahead of the spin on any new storms. Just watch...

29. Never fear, Encyclopedia Brownie on the case!
Upon hearing that Brownie is personally gearing up for this one, residents of Charleston perform the worlds fasted evacuation ever.

The population of Charleston can now be found somewhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

33. Listen you guys, there are a lot of poor black, brown, and
other colors of the rainbow who will be affected by this storm.

It's really nothing to be too snarky about, considering what just happened on the gulf coast.

I'm really worried.
