2. A "freedom walk" with 4' high fencing to corral the marchers! I saw
a tiny bit this morning on C-SPAN, before the march proper started-then C-SPAN went on to something else. Haven't seen anything else today on TV about it.

10. it looks like quite a few people, country and western fans looking
for a free concert?

They're playing music about FREEDOM at the start of the march. People are all wearing the free tee shirts and walking slowly as they funnel under a banner that says "America Supports YOU Freedom Walk"

I guess they are in the Pentagon parking lot.

19. From what I saw this morning, cameras were up too close to get a
sense of crowd size. Very quiet crowd, no talking or singing. Weird.

11. no commentary so it's hard to say...
It looks to me like a pretty good sized crowd, but without an arial view, it's very hard to say.

17. Emptying parking lot by funneling through a relatively narrow gateway
at a very slow pace. The gateway looks maybe 2 car lanes wide... and people are walking very slowly.

I notice that so far MSM generally ignoring this Freedom Walk. (Maybe they didn't like the idea of being penned..)

18. It looks like a small crowd.
They are trying to make it look big by focusing in close so you can't see emptiness all around. We've seen big crowds...Kerry rallys...this isn't it.

For some reason they are all wearing the same white T-shirt which makes it all look so...white. They look like the marching undead. A fun rally should be colorful.

"Several thousand marchers gathered this morning at the Pentagon for the Department of Defense sponsored "America Supports You Freedom March" to the National Mall."
