Press back on the talking points- "Blame Game"
If I had a nickel everytime I've heard this meme the last 3 days, I wouldn't have to work ever again.

I'm afraid the independent press is back to their old ways.

1. they (the media) are responsible for this whole mess
to begin with... they should be ashamed. If they had done their jobs and not kissed the behinds of * and Rove, reported what REALLY happened on 9-11 then * would never have been elected (which I have my doubts about that (elected) too, again, no reporting from the media on that bit of news) again in 2004. We would not be in Iraq and thousands of people would not have died. They (the media) have the blood of thousands of people on their hands! Yet, here they go again... playing the "Rove propaganda" game... I give up.

2. So the republicans frame it as "the blame game"...
when it's really holding officials accountable for their responsibilities? :puke:

3. DEMS: Try This..
All Congressional Senators and Representatives need to have the SAME rebuttal to that accusation. They need to say:

"I was elected to represent the people of (..name state...). I was elected by THEM to be their voice, and I am asking the questions that THEY are asking me. When you accuse ME of playing the "blame game", you are indicating that the people of (..name state..)do not have a right to ask questions so these horrendous situations do not happen again!

Freedom of Speech is a contstitutional right for ALL Americans....why do YOU, (insert name) want to take that right away?"
