only "rules committee" as a standing term that I am familiar with is in the House and to be Chair one has to hold a seat in congress - so rule that one out. What the heck committee? And asst. legal advisor - wasn't he brought into FEMA as a legal advisor (not asst.) sorta embarassing.

No doubt some bushcrony coming to the rescue to offer a no-work, but high pay, cover story job.
