Hrm. I sincerely hope he is not required to go off-script for any news which would have happened that day. God knows, if his execution of the "Katrina exercise" is any indication of our level of preparedness we are all truly going to find out what it was like to live in a country where you trust your neighbor- because they'll be the only damned thing we can count on.
I hate living in Bush's shitty, shitty version of America. It's like the America I love Xeroxed a bunch of times until it's faded and grainy- and on some corporation's stationery to boot.
