Laura Flanders sitting in for Randi
Starting off with a montage of Roberts saying over and over again "I can't comment" and various permutations.

3. Taking a cue from Roberts
Flanders introduces herself: "Who am I? Not gonna tell you. And I want this job for life." Hee, hee. Like her already.

4. What happened to Mike Malloy?
He was supposed to sit in all week for her. He only did it on Monday.

5. Laura Flanders is much easier to listen to than Randi Rhodes
Less likely to parrot conspiracy theories and less likely to antagonize her listeners, as well.

6. A poem she could read is below
http://www.moresoftmoneyhardlaw.com/

Must the Court bless smut and other such vices?

I can’t say much but: stare decisis!

May a President jail any and all in a crisis?

I can’t say much but: stare decisis!

Will the Court defer or will it despise us?

I can’t say much but: stare decisis!

Is privacy protected in all shapes and sizes?

I can’t say much but: stare decisis!

Are your views like Bob Bork’s or more like Brandeis’?

I can’t say much but: stare decisis!

Will you ever say anything at all to surprise us?

I can’t say much but: stare decisis!

Do you still favor term limits—a time when you’ll go??

No.

7. Rolling!
Looking at Katrina, "I'm seeing an America that is still separate, still unequal." And the consequences of our nation's policies and their interpretation by the courts are a matter of life and death. Has Roberts looked to make progress in his career and expand constitutional protections to all citizens, or not?

And she rounds off with the very salient point that if he's confirmed as Chief Justice Roberts will be the person who decides which cases the Supreme Court takes or doesn't take.

8. Lots of guests: George McGovern, Medea Benjamin and George Galloway
Taking the first call now. Caller now comparing the Roberts confirmation hearing to a job interview, and pointing out how ridiculous the dog and pony show is. Imagine the boss asking whether you're actually going to show up for work, and you say, "I'd rather not commit to saying anything about that." You wouldn't hire him!

9. Reviewing Roberts' conduct and decision in Hamdi case
April 1, Roberts meets with Alberto Gonzales; April 7, Roberts rules in the Hamdi case. Where was his concern about an appearance of a conflict of interest then?

Gee, it seems Mr. Roberts could be a flaming hypocrite.

Second break, and I am out of here.
