when corporations screw up, how come it always seems to benefit them? |
|
have you ever been UNDERcharged on a bill? have you ever had a mystery CREDIT show up on your credit card bill? have you ever had a preferred, teaser rate accidently continued AFTER the expiration date?
how come every time a corporation makes a mistake, THEY are the ones who benefit and *I* have to call to correct THEIR mistake?
if they're actually MISTAKES, wouldn't they tend to be in MY favor about 50% of the time?
hmmmmm....

1. I once got a dollar sixty two sent to me every month for about five years. |

It was an old phone company refund check.
