first Brownie, now Karl's trying to take over so his hero can achieve a 'bullhorn' moment. It's time for Fitz to strike and take Karl out. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/linkset/2005/04/11/LI2005041100879.html

Do they really expect us to now forgive Karl (ie., drop the indictment) because he's now involved in doing good deeds? Is this some sort of blackmail ('hands off Karl or the city dies. . .'), and will the public really fall for it?
