Comic Relief.....Bushes Speech.... |
|
Edited on Thu Sep-15-05 09:58 PM by rsmith6621
Well I guess Karl Rove is planning a quick departure from the White House in the next few days either by resignation or handcuffs(PLAME)
Tonight bush did a major flip flop something he accused John Kerry of last year. bush spoke tonight in NOLA about his plans to see that NOLA is rebuilt to a great city...he spoke of forming more government and spending more $$$. Unfortunatly bush came off sounding like a liberal than a conservitive, Im sure that the 36% of the people who still support him are rethinking whether or not they will continue to give him the benifit of a doubt or whether he represents their best intrest after all.
If Rove had hoped this speech would give bush a boost in the polls and perhaps change the minds of the 64% who dont support him he very much miscaculated.......bushes ratings are going to take another dip in the polls.....
Yep I think Roves days are numbered and bushes days left in the White House will be long......perhaps george will now consider resigning...it was under his leadership this event became such a mess, bush agrees.

The New York Times is reporting today that Karl Rove will be "in charge of the reconstruction effort" in New Orleans. Seriously. That's what they said. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/09/15/politics/15bush.html?ex=1284436800&en=7c5d31d9ba8e0ec4&ei=5090&partner=rssuserland&emc=rss
