I think he may be covered under an extended warranty or something like that.
These warranties of course don't cover fluid exchange. They'll probably replace the teflon tubing but the ethylene glycol will be extra.
Not a problem.
A two billion dollar Halliburton contract for the two liters of glycol has already been signed, no bid of course.
