Did anyone notice how silly Bush appeared in the news briefing... |
|
with the man from Kenya? First of all, I was surprised that all the channels covered the press briefing, even CNBC.
Bush tried to be "cute" with a reporter named April, and he attempted two times to tease her, kind of coming back to reinforce his own joke a third time. It bothered me, and I think that it put off the gentleman from Kenya, also.

2. "The George Bush Joke that's Not Really a Joke" |
|
He's just an asshole, plain and simple.
What disgusted me was how when this chick finally asked her question, it was purely a ploy to let him give his pre-written sound bytes about Leakgate, then he quit the room and took off.
Fucking bitch should have asked him "WHY didn't you get all huffy about this and WHY didn't you try to get to the bottom of this and WHY didn't you want to find out who leaked this BACK IN FUCKING JULY YOU EVIL COCKSUCKER?!"
But no. The good little whore that she is, she played straight man.

8. If the reporter was in fact, April, we shouldn't give her a hard time. |
|
It's bad enough there aren't that many "minority" reporters that are assigned to the White House much less if any of them get called on. If she dared ask a question like what you suggested, Bush wouldn't pick on her again. The only reason why she was chosen for this brief session is because the Kenyan president is black.

6. He did this at the Camp David press conference with Putin, also |
|
He started attacking some reporter who wanted to ask two questions - a question and then a follow-up.
Bush started having a fit, lecturing the press that 'see, you can't do that now cut it out' and generally acting like a real a--hole in front of Putin.
It was really uncalled for and everyone, including Putin seemed quite embarassed over the incident. Of course, except for pResident Frat Boy!

I was listening and could not tell if he was serious or if he was setting something up. It appears it was a set up.
