Please help answer this poll question

I just called up American Politics Journal and saw a reference to a poll with Bush at 45 percent. Does anyone know about this? It must be new, because up until yesterday they showed that NBC poll with Bush at 49 percent.

He went back up to 50 with the most recent though.

3. I know about the Zogby poll

but this one apparently is much more recent because it says "down again" above the number. It sounds like it came out after that NBC poll that had Bush at 49 percent.

those numbers are a month old. I'm sure this is something very recent. Maybe they're referring to his approval rating in handling a foreign crisis, which is 45 percent in the newest CBS poll.
