Hitchens looked like he wanted to curl up in a shot glass tonight |
|
"I'm old fashioned" i think he confused drinking Old Fashioned with actually being old fashioned.

1. He HAD a shot glass...actually, a plastic cupful |

Find someone who TIVOd, or watch the re-run. About 3/4 of the way through, when the camera cuts and he thinks he's not on, he is seen taking a belt from a plastic cup, then quickly putting the cup under the desk. I swear to whomever...watch, it's there, plain as day.

back on, i think). Now why would he need a bottle of water at his feet if he had a mug on the desk which could contain his beverage of choice?

He was slugging something back the last time he was on TDS. And it wasn't coffee.

I'll have to watch my tape (I tape it every week in case I want to see it again).
I was thinking, I bet he and Galloway never talk to each other off stage. When the panel came onto the stage, Bill had to tell Hitchens to hurry up. And then when the show ended, Galloway left immediately and then Hitchens and Kay left.
And not only does Hitchens defend the war but he seems to defend Bush in pretty much everything!

I'll watch. I watched he and Galloway at some college. Hitchens would occasionally be caught saying 'you're on TV; you're on TV' and wagging his finger at the audience.
I've lost just about all respect when he began shilling for the administration's 'war.'

Malloy's show. That really gets to me when he did that! I sooo wanted to just scream "fuck you!" to him. Ugh! Such an asshole! The crowd didn't like him either.

and from the very beginning, Hitchens had a stash on the floor. Just after he sat down, the camera caught him either putting it there or picking it up. It was when Bill sat, as the panel walked out & Bill Maher said, 'Hurry up, Chris...'
So a couple of times, he was caught.
