Does the Media and Government have no concept of Run-Off?
Water run off of the storms filling up streams going into river and streams and lakes overflowing them. It seems the media and the government have no concept of this phenomenon.

3. It has been mentioned several times on CNN.
You aren't the only one who knows about the possible problem.

However, much (Not All) of this rain will go to rivers systems that do NOT empty into the Mississippi.
