The election has to be certified first.

I suspect if we don't wait for the certification, any sigs gathered before that will be invalid. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RecallArnold/

How does this work?
Art Torres for Governor!!!!!
Someone who actually knows how to debate, unlike Cruz and Davis.

2. Wait to recall Arnold in Nov 2004 Presidential election |
|
We want to recall Arnold when we already will have high turnout of Dems to toss Dubya out of office. Also, it will be far easier to attach Arnold's agenda to Bush's disasters when they are running on the same ticket.

Give him a chance to fail. If a recall is started immediately, it will look like dems whining their heads off. Don't get me wrong, this troubles me as much as anyone! But it seems to me that people should regroup and attack where there is data.

It's easier to get rid of someone with data than just doing it out of spite.

If we do, we're just as bad as THEY are! C'mon, guys, where are our principles? A recall is a power grab, no matter from where it comes! Let Arnold fall on his face, let California be embarrassed by just how STUPID it is! Let him fail!
Later.

13. No. You have to do a recall, if this election is certified. |
|
That is an if.
You have to do a recall because dueling recalls is the only way to get controls on this technique.
Understand that the election companies have assigned their software engineers to rewrite the programs in all the states to facilitate recalls. There's a reason for that.
Recalls, like biased redistricting, "forgetful" voter registration, and unauditable voting are a strategy.
