Black CSPAN WJ caller just called NOLA mayor "Nayger". |

My god. From under what rock do these people come? He was saying that the "media was promoting the view that Bu$h doesn't care about black people." I suppose he did not know about MSGOP censoring Kanye West.
BTW, Kanye West will be on SNL this weekend!

2. I missed the "Brown" comment because I was getting coffee. |
|
I wonder how much the GOP paid that guy to call in? :grr:

5. It is sick. Even more disturbing is the fact that the caller was black. |
|
He was using the term as an insult. How awful. Brian Lamb didn't cut him off or apologize for the comment like he does when people call in a swear and say rude things.

10. He was speaking from the viewpoint of a black person or else he was |
|
pretending to do so. That was my impression. In any case, no matter what his race is what he said was racist and he was repeating RW talk radio nastiness.

11. I'm sure he was a "lifelong Democrat", too . . . |
|
not an attack on you . . . but did you ever hear the "Heywood Jablomie" tapes on the Howard Stern show? Or the infamous "O.J.'s Brentwood neighbor" call? That's about as valid as some of these "From the perspective of a black man . . ." calls the righties do . . .

13. I've never heard Stern. I'm not familiar with either of those calls. |
|
They do sound offensive. Are they comedy routines?
Off topic, isn't Stern anti-Bu$h? It would be good if he promoted voting Democratic to his audience, which is, I believe, mostly comprised of young men.

14. Howard Stern was all for Bush after 9/11, saying that we should bomb |
|
all the Arabic countries to hell.
But, he also was pursued by the religious reich. And when the nipple of the Apocolypse briefly reared its head at the SuperBowl, the hammer came down, and suddenly Stern was hit with a multi-million dollar fine for some obscure reference whic made it to the air.
Finally, what turned the tide was that there was one militant Bush fellater tangent to his show who they were going to have come in while Al Franken was in. This guy was going to "debate" Franken. Before Franken ever got there, he was taking on Stern & show in a format which would be familiar to him, if it wasn't tipped opposite of what usually happens: He was the only "rightie" facing a bunch of center/lefties. He panicked and ran crying like a baby (well, not really. But the word did get out to the Reich wing that Stern was no longer a mouthpiece for Bush).
The war was on against Stern, and he dropped by the faithful Clear Channel stations - which, to the reichwingers, meant that he was done. But those 6 stations which dropped him were the majority in the same way that stepping on three ants would eliminate an anthill. It ain't going to happen.
Finally, Stern gave up the fight and signed with a satellite radio system. But he was pushing for Kerry to win in 04.

4. Of course Bush cares about black people. |
|
That's why Rove orchestrated the attack on McCain's "black" child. It was out of love, apparently.

15. WTF? That is a disgusting comment. |

Why not just come right out and say it if you're going to go that far? I can't believe how far gone the right wing really is.
