Opinions wanted: Is this legal? (browser popup question)
The original popup says one thing, but when you click on it and the second page comes up, suddenly it goes from "You've been chosen" to "You MAY BE ELIGIBLE...". The original popup says nothing about eligibility-- "CLICK HERE TO CLAIM!"

Just curious to find out if this is some sort of illegal bait and switch tactic, or what.

How the hell anybody can focus on that is beyond me, but you're right. I never saw it. :shrug:

3. The whole point is to make it as illegibly legible as possible
