Okay Jeb's shoot first policy and religion question |
|
Okay before I got thrown out of the church the late pope john paul two was against guns. If Jeb is a Catholic how can he sign this law and still recieve communion or did the church over turn the rules during my exile?

2. Two sets of rules, one for Democrats one for Republicans? |

Kerry can't take communion because he SAYS he favors choice while jeb ORDERS murder and the "church" dosn't bat an eye.
For Christians who follow the Bible, it would be a matter of justice. Is it just to kill someone for stealing a DVD? Therefore, the person who killed the thief is a murderer and must of course be executed. Thus Jeb bush, as an accessory, must also face punishment.
Maybe republicans would be better off becoming Secular Humanists who insist that no one be killed.

3. Or maybe Dems have more of an inborn sense of whats right than the repugs |
|
Thats why they need everything written down for them like children. And if they dont like it they can change the rules.

776.013(3):
"(3) A person who is not engaged in an unlawful activity and who is attacked in any other place where he or she has a right to be has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony."
So, I'm in any place where I have a right to be, and no "duty to retreat" (which curiously is not defined in the statute), I can use deadly force based on my reasonable belief (another term that isn't defined). Since dead men tell no tales, I presume that means the jury can consider only whatever demented version of reality dominates my brain in determining reasonableness.
Looks to me like the entire state has been granted pretty much a double-o license to kill.

had its own unique set of laws. This would encompass not only who gets to shoot first, but also the church and and how to interpret those pesky 10 commandments.

7. Let me get this straight |

You are asking how a bush family member can be a hypocrite.
Actually I worry more about what is going to happen to the Fla tourism bidness after a drunk neck feels threatened by some yankee visitors and blows a couple of them away. If $3.50 per gallon gas and higher air fares don't kill Disney world that sure will.
