A man with a bomb in Tucson? WTF?!?!

Just got this update in email from the channel 13 KOLD Breaking News:

The Tucson Police bomb squad is at the Wells Fargo Bank near Speedway and
Warren . A man outside the bank may have an explosive device.
The westbound lanes of Speedway are closed and we're told police have
deployed a robot to investigate the situation. For now you are urged to
avoid the area of Speedway and Warren . That's across the street from the
University of Arizona near Campbell .
KOLD News 13 will have a crew on the scene and will have more information
as it becomes available.
