2. Her long "track record" of loyalty to * is of more concern to me.

I know lawyers who have experience with her and think she is very qualified in terms of ability.

I think neither the Chief Justice nor Ms. Miers will stand up against this administration's efforts to consolidate its power. That's the problem with these folks.

Who knows, maybe there's a Justice Souter hiding deep within one of them.
